If you have a good GPU , it will really enhance the render speed.
If you are using Cycles render engine, then the renders will take time, however, with Eevee render engine, you can render your scene quickly
Higher resolution of the image or video means rendering will take longer. For testing purpose, we can render for a lower resolution.
